When the computer crashes, it simply freezes and is unresponsive to anything but manually powering off and then restarting. The computer was brand new in 2010 and has had no trouble with crashes up until last week.

At first, I thought it was chrome, then a bamboo touch pad but now I am stumped. I have made no changes to my computer in any significant way. My Macbook Pro with OSX 10.6.8 crashes at least twice a day since last week with no discernable cause.
